PHD in Auckland is seeking an Account Manager to join our award-winning media agency. You will lead day‑to‑day client relationships, translate briefs into media plans and work with trading teams to deliver campaigns that meet client objectives.

You will bring 2 years of media buying experience, strong communication and a proactive, collaborative approach to client service across a dynamic client portfolio.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ media buying experience or more.
• Strong understanding of media terminology, planning and trading processes.
• Exposure to multiple media channels and how they work together.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day client relationships across your portfolio.
• Develop and implement media plans aligned to client objectives.
• Translate client briefs into effective channel plans and campaigns.
• Manage campaign timelines, budgets and delivery from start to post-analysis.
• Collaborate with trading teams to achieve campaign goals and ROI.
• Present to clients and contribute to client meetings.
