Qualifications

• 6+ years' media planning and buying experience, ideally within an agency environment.
• Proven success leading senior client relationships and growing business partnerships.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing revenue, profitability, and forecasting.
• Exceptional leadership skills with a passion for coaching and developing talent.
• Strategic thinking combined with flawless execution and attention to detail.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to influence across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Tertiary qualified or equivalent work experience.
