ASB Bank is seeking a Head of Audit & Assurance – Enterprise Risk & Compliance to lead the function during a period of major regulatory reform and transformation. You will partner with senior leadership and the Board to provide independent insight, challenge thinking and drive value across the organisation.

The role requires strategic thinking with strong execution, credibility with executives, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments while delivering tangible risk management

• Significant experience in risk management, governance, audit, or related disciplines.
• Experience influencing senior leaders in complex stakeholder environments.
