Job summary

Griffin's Snacks, a proudly Kiwi snacks business backed by Intersnack, is seeking an experienced FMCG grocery account leader to head Woolworths NZ. You will own the portfolio, set the strategy, and drive growth and profitability with senior customer stakeholders.

Reporting to the Sales Director NZ, you will lead JBP, category reviews, promotions and field execution, while building strong partnerships with Woolworths NZ and internal teams to deliver sustainable NSV.

Qualifications

• Senior FMCG grocery account management experience required.
• Strong commercial acumen with NSV, trade spend and margin awareness.
• Experience supporting or leading JBPs, category reviews and NPD launches.
• Ability to turn data into actionable growth strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the Woolworths NZ strategic account plan.
• Lead JBP activity and align with Griffin's priorities and retailer strategy.
• Drive growth, market share, NSV, contribution margin and trade spend outcomes.
• Lead category reviews, ranging, shelf-share outcomes and core range distribution.
• Partner with Category, Marketing, Field Sales, Finance and Supply Chain to deliver the plan.
