You will oversee operations, finance, risk, people and culture, technology and strategic initiatives, building strong relationships with staff and external stakeholders while delivering tangible business outcomes in a professional services environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a General Manager or senior leadership role.
• Experience leading multifaceted operational or corporate services functions.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Managing Partner and Partners to deliver strategic objectives and drive performance.
• Lead day-to-day operations of the firm with sustainable business practices.
• Provide leadership to the Corporate Services team and foster a high-performing culture.
• Oversee governance, risk and compliance frameworks to meet regulatory obligations.
• Support financial planning, budgeting, reporting and performance monitoring.
• Deliver insights to support executive decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Drive recruitment, retention and employee engagement with People & Culture.
• Oversee technology, facilities and supplier relationships for operational excellence.
• Build strong relationships with Partners, Directors, staff and external stakeholders.
• Champion strategic projects and business improvements for growth.
