Job summary

Mondiale VGL, a global transport and logistics provider, seeks a leader for forecasting, planning and budgeting. You will design roadmaps, partner with the Group CFO and regional CFOs, and drive accurate forecasting across 19 markets.

Qualifications

• CA qualification and accounting background required.
• 3+ years in FP&A or business partnering across multiple regions.
• Strong financial modelling skills including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead integrated planning, budgeting, and forecasting across the Group.
• Partner with Group CFO and regional CFOs to guide executive decisions.
• Work with regional finance teams to improve forecasting accuracy and processes.
• Analyze variances and drive proactive improvement opportunities.
• Build trusted relationships with regional Finance teams and stakeholders.
• Use internal and external data to understand business performance and benchmark practice.
• Evaluate capital expenditure cases and support strategic investments.
