Job summary

MiTek is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead the New Zealand finance function and provide strategic financial support across Australia and New Zealand.

Reporting to the Finance Director APAC, this role combines hands-on financial leadership with business partnering, regional reporting, finance transformation, and major initiatives across the region, including SAP implementation and governance enhancements.

Qualifications

• CA/CPA or equivalent qualification is required.
• Proven experience in Financial Controller, Senior Finance Manager, or Finance Business Partner roles.
• Experience with SAP and multi-country operations is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead all financial control, accounting, compliance, budgeting, forecasting and reporting for New Zealand.
• Provide strategic financial advice to the Finance Director APAC and regional leadership.
• Ensure strong governance, internal controls, and risk management practices.
