NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to provide strategic financial analysis, insight and advice across the organisation. You will partner with senior leaders to connect operational delivery with budgets and long-term financial objectives.

You will lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis, while coaching junior team members. This permanent role is based in Wellington and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifikationen

• Senior accounting or finance business partnering experience.
• Budgeting, forecasting, month-end reporting experience.
• Ability to analyse complex financial information and translate into practical advice.
• Strategic thinking with ability to connect financials to organisational outcomes.
• Experience engaging with senior decision-makers in complex environments.

• Prepare meaningful financial reports and insights for senior leaders.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
