NZ Transport Agency in Wellington seeks an experienced Finance Business Partner to provide strategic financial analysis and insight across the organisation. You will partner with senior leaders to inform decisions, link delivery to budgets and longer-term objectives, and lead financial reporting with clear performance analysis.
You will also support budgeting and forecasting, advise on NZTA’s funding environment, and strengthen financial processes while coaching junior team members.

Working closely with senior leaders, you will become a trusted advisor who understands their business, operating environment and financial challenges. You will support leaders to make well-informed decisions, manage financial performance and connect operational delivery with annual budgets and longer-term financial objectives. You will lead financial reporting and provide clear analysis of performance, risks, issues and emerging trends. You will also support budgeting and forecasting, advise on NZTA’s complex funding environment, and ensure business plans, projects and proposals are informed by robust financial insight.
