PwC New Zealand seeks a Manager – Risk & Quality to lead enterprise risk management, ethics and business conduct, business continuity and operational resilience programmes. You’ll translate regulatory and internal requirements into practical frameworks, with autonomy and clear reporting for senior leadership.

You’ll coordinate risk identification and monitoring, challenge risk owners, and help strengthen organisational resilience while building relationships across the firm and with offshore

Qualifications

• At least five years’ experience in risk, compliance, ethics, governance, investigations or regulatory roles within a complex organisation.
• Experience operating within professional services, financial services or similarly regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of enterprise risk management, ethics and compliance programmes, governance frameworks or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple priorities and programmes simultaneously.

Responsabilités

• Manage and enhance the enterprise risk management framework, aligning with strategy and regulatory obligations.
• Coordinate risk identification, assessment, monitoring and reporting across the business.
• Support and challenge risk owners to assess exposures and develop proportionate treatment plans.
• Lead ethics and business conduct programme, including policies, guidance and processes.
• Support escalation of sensitive matters with confidentiality and clear decision records.
• Lead ethics communications, awareness initiatives and learning activities.
• Lead business continuity and operational resilience programmes, including testing and recovery planning.
• Coordinate modern slavery risk assessments and due diligence, strengthen governance and disclosures.
• Prepare clear reporting, metrics and insights for senior leadership.
