Job summary

ACC New Zealand is seeking a Lead Advisor, Enterprise Risk to shape risk thinking and influence decision-making across the organisation. You will be a trusted second-line advisor to Deputy Chief Executives and senior leaders, leading enterprise risk reviews and advising on controls and risk appetite.

Qualifications

• Five or more years' experience in a risk, compliance, assurance or risk advisory function.
• Practical experience applying risk frameworks within a complex organisation.
• Proven ability to develop trust and credibility with senior leaders and staff.
• The confidence to facilitate meaningful risk conversations and constructively challenge thinking on controls, treatment strategies and risk appetite.
• New Zealand work rights at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Lead quarterly enterprise risk reviews and workshops.
• Shape enterprise risk reporting and emerging risk insights.
• Advise Deputy Chief Executives, senior leaders and business groups as a trusted second-line advisor.
