Job summary

AIA New Zealand is seeking an Enterprise Delivery Programme Lead to steer major business and technology initiatives. You will collaborate with sponsors, business leaders, delivery teams and external partners to achieve outcomes while managing complexity and risk.

Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Delivery, you will oversee end-to-end delivery across multiple strategic initiatives, balancing governance and value realisation to strengthen organisational capability and deliver meaningful customer

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex programmes across business and technology.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Ability to navigate complexity, assess risks and decide on delivery outcomes.
• Experience with agile, waterfall, or blended delivery.
• Possess project management or agile certifications (PRINCE2, PMP, Scrum).
