New Zealand Health Group is seeking an experienced Employment Relations Specialist to join our People & Culture team. You will lead high-risk casework and provide trusted advice across complex employment and industrial relations matters, balancing legal compliance with operational needs.

You will work closely with leaders across the business, support union engagement and collective bargaining, and help develop leadership capability in managing employee relations confidently and effectively.

Formación

• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to provide pragmatic, solution-focused advice.
• Experience in employment and industrial relations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage complex employment relations matters including investigations and disciplinary processes.
• Provide expert advice on NZ employment legislation and policies.
• Partner with leaders to ensure legally sound, practical people decisions.
• Support union engagement and collective bargaining activities.
• Develop leadership capability in managing employee relations matters.

Educación

Tertiary qualification in HR/ER/Law
