Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a highly influential Strategic Delivery Lead to join the Operations Performance team. This pivotal role connects strategy, governance, prioritisation and execution across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement and Operations to deliver an integrated roadmap.

You will work with senior leaders to align initiatives, manage dependencies and risks, and drive delivery maturity while maintaining clarity in complex environments.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in strategic delivery, portfolio management, PMO leadership, transformation, or operations performance.
• Strong track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and governance frameworks.
• Experience integrating multiple workstreams into a clear and actionable delivery roadmap.
• Strong executive stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution.
• Demonstrated experience managing dependencies, risks, prioritisation, and organisational capacity.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and decision-support capabilities.
• Systems-thinking mindset with the ability to connect people, processes, and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Leading the integrated Operations roadmap, ensuring strategic initiatives are aligned, prioritised, and sequenced effectively.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a highly influential and strategically minded Strategic Delivery Lead to join our Operations Performance team.

This is a pivotal role that sits at the heart of Operations, connecting strategy, governance, prioritisation, and execution. You'll work alongside senior leaders across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement and Operations to create visibility, alignment, and momentum across the Operations portfolio.

Success in this role isn't about managing individual projects. It's about ensuring the right initiatives are prioritised, sequenced, governed, and delivered through one integrated roadmap that enables Operations to perform as a connected system.
