Job summary

Seequent, Christchurch, is seeking a Compliance & Commercial Analyst to join the Operations team. You will oversee compliance and provide commercial analysis to support budgeting, forecasting and strategic pricing decisions.

You will collaborate across functions to strengthen controls, provide insights, and help ensure robust quote-to-cash processes. You will work on SOX, sanctions and export control topics, coordinate with Bentley Systems group requirements, and deliver education resources on

Qualifications

Four+ years of relevant experience with demonstrated compliance and commercial analytical experience.
Advanced Excel proficiency.
Ability to work through ambiguity in a fast-paced environment with processes and controls.

Responsibilities

Perform SOX quote-to-cash analysis, reconciliations and reporting ensuring alignment across licences, fulfilment and invoicing.
Support pricing decisions by analysing configurations in Salesforce.
Monitor controls and identify weaknesses, recommending improvements across quote-to-cash and IT general controls.
Manage sanctions/export control reviews and coordinate with group requirements.
Develop materials on SOX, sanctions, export controls and OFAC policies for education and rollout.
Analyze financial and operational data to support trends, forecasts and budgets.
