Job summary

TBWA New Zealand is seeking two Business Directors to support some of New Zealand’s best-loved brands. You’ll partner with TBWA’s executive leadership to shape strategic direction and unlock growth across blue-chip clients such as Southern Cross, The Warehouse and Tourism New Zealand.

You’ll lead client teams, nurture relationships, and drive financial performance while collaborating with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in a creative or advertising agency environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day direction of client accounts, strategically and financially.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and trusted partnerships.
• Collaborate with strategy to develop and drive client work and brand strategies.
• Lead and develop account teams, ensuring high-quality work across channels.
• Monitor forecasts, budgets and targets to drive growth.
