Qualifications

• 5+ years in a similar role.
• Experience with CRM/Digital/Web/Social campaigns.
• Collaborate across strategy, creative, data and analytics, and web development teams.

Responsibilities

• Build strong internal and external relationships and understand client business, service levels, budgets and timings.
• Take ownership of client projects, identify new business opportunities, and resolve client queries.
• Work across social, digital, CRM, and data projects, hands-on from brief to delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with strategy, creative, data and analytics, and web development teams throughout the process.
