Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional business development strategies aligned with regional objectives to drive growth.
• Identify, pursue and convert new business opportunities through networking, lead generation and client engagement.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders, positioning Unispace as a trusted partner.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Design, Delivery and Global Business Development teams to maximize cross-regional opportunities.
• Lead and support client engagement initiatives and industry events to enhance brand visibility and generate opportunities.
• Champion CRM management, business development processes and data-driven reporting to support pipeline visibility.
