Job summary

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification or equivalent experience.
• Sound understanding of government, public sector, or complex organisational environments.
• Knowledge of machinery of government, Ministerial servicing, and cross-agency ways of working.
• Experience developing high-quality written, visual, and digital artefacts for diverse audiences.
• Strong project leadership and delivery skills with coordinating complex work programmes.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Experience managing publication, quality assurance, governance, or related processes.
• Experience translating evidence into practical advice and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality advice, analysis, and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and programme delivery.
• Lead and coordinate projects and work programmes, ensuring delivery is well planned, collaborative, and outcomes-focused.
• Support performance monitoring, evaluation, reporting, and assurance activities.
• Produce high-quality artefacts, including briefings, reports, presentations, guidance materials, and other resources for a range of audiences.
• Support governance and cross-agency coordination through effective secretariat functions and stakeholder engagement.
• Contribute to development, publication, and dissemination of key products and guidelines.
