Qualifications

Experience in communications, marketing, digital media or related field.
Excellent writing and audience adaptation.
Experience filming and editing video content.
Strong visual design and communication skills.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, Canva, CapCut or similar.
Confident relationship-building across all levels.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Interest in AI and digital innovation.

Responsibilities

Create engaging content across internal communications, social media and digital platforms.
Plan, film, edit and produce video content across the business.
Turn information into clear, engaging communications.
Support learning and development through multimedia content.
Bring safety and wellbeing messages to life via video and animation.
Partner with leaders to uncover and share meaningful stories.
Manage multiple content campaigns from concept to completion.
Explore emerging technologies and AI tools to enhance comms and employee experience.
