Job summary

Mr Apple in Hastings is seeking a Communications & Content Partner who loves storytelling, creativity and turning ideas into content that informs, engages and inspires. You will craft content across orchards, packhouses and corporate channels, keeping teams informed, connected and supported.

Responsibilities include planning, filming and editing video content, creating social content, learning resources and intranet stories, with a focus on clear, visually appealing communications and AI-enabled

Qualifications

Experience in communications, marketing, digital media, content creation or a related field.
Excellent writing skills, with the ability to adapt style for different audiences.
Experience in creating, filming and editing video content.
Experience with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, Canva, CapCut or similar platforms.
Confidence building relationships and working with people at all levels of an organisation.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.
A strong interest in AI, emerging technologies and digital innovation.

Responsibilities

Creating engaging content across internal communications, social media and digital platforms.
Planning, filming, editing and producing video content across our business.
Transforming information into clear, engaging and visually appealing communications.
Supporting learning and development initiatives through creative multimedia content.
Bringing safety, wellbeing and operational messages to life through video, animation and other channels.
Partnering with leaders and teams to uncover and share meaningful stories.
Managing multiple projects and content campaigns from concept to completion.
Exploring emerging technologies, AI tools and digital platforms that enhance communication and employee experience.
