  • Picking, receipting and shipping stock, adapting priorities as business needs change.
  • Reviewing Sales Orders and identifying freight, project timing and operational requirements.
  • Investigating stock discrepancies, posting issues and documentation inconsistencies.
  • Coordinating with freight forwarders on stock movements and keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Supporting intercompany stock transfers between sites.
  • Helping improve warehouse processes and develop practical SOPs.
  • Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy, organised and safe.

We're looking for a Stores Person to join our Auckland team and play a key role in keeping our warehouse operations running smoothly.

This is a hands-on role where organisation, attention to detail and a proactive attitude really matter. You'll work closely with our Procurement and wider business teams to make sure stock is received, picked, shipped and reconciled accurately and on time.

What you'll be doing
  • Picking, receipting and shipping stock, adapting priorities as business needs change.
  • Reviewing Sales Orders and identifying freight, project timing and operational requirements.
  • Investigating stock discrepancies, posting issues and documentation inconsistencies.
  • Working closely with Procurement to resolve stock and Purchase Order issues.
  • Coordinating with freight forwarders on stock movements and keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Supporting intercompany stock transfers between sites.
  • Helping improve warehouse processes and develop practical SOPs.
  • Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy, organised and safe.
  • Jumping in on other tasks where needed - no two days are necessarily the same.
What you'll bring

You're someone who gets things done, takes ownership and doesn't need to be micromanaged. You'll have:

  • Previous warehouse or stores experience - advantageous but not essential.
  • A current forklift licence.
  • Good computer skills, particularly Outlook and Excel.
  • Experience with freight/logistics systems or portals.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and work to tight deadlines.
  • Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to work well with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A practical, continuous-improvement mindset.
