• Experience in storeroom/logistics, preferably high-volume goods.
• Forklift licence and experience operating forklifts.
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the Inwards Goods team in the receipt, inspection, and storage of all incoming goods.
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve discrepancies or issues related to incoming shipments.
• Implement and enforce proper storage and handling procedures to maintain the quality of products.
• Oversee the maintenance of a clean and organised Inwards Goods area, adhering to Health & Safety regulations.
• Train and develop the Inwards Goods team to enhance their skills and performance.
• Collaborate with the management team to contribute to the overall success of the supermarket.
