Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous supermarket experience is essential.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Current forklift licence, or willingness to obtain one, as forklift driving is an essential part of the role.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of the presentation and standards of the Grocery Department each afternoon.
• Driving product availability and shelf replenishment.
• Leading, coaching, and supporting a small team.
• Ensuring stock is worked efficiently and accurately.
• Maintaining merchandising, stock rotation, and food safety standards.
• Delivering excellent customer service and a safe working environment.
