Job summary

About the Role:

This is a hands‑on warehouse role where you'll support daily operations including stock handling, customer pickups, and deliveries. You’ll ensure goods are processed efficiently while maintaining a safe and organised work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and move stock efficiently, including completing required paperwork
• Assist customers collecting goods and respond to phone enquiries
• Load and unload delivery vehicles, including supporting customer pick‑ups
• Operate warehouse equipment and assist with stock movements, including shuttle truck driving if required
• Follow all health and safety procedures, including manual handling and working at heights
• Assist with stocktake preparation and completion

About You:

We are looking for someone reliable and physically capable, with a strong work ethic and focus on safety and service.

Attributes we are looking for include:

• Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks.
• Basic computer skills with good communication abilities.
• Strong understanding of health and safety practices.
• Ability to follow processes and work as part of a team.
• Previous warehouse or customer service experience, desirable.
• Full NZ Driver Licence, desirable.
