Job summary

Smith&Smith in Auckland is seeking a Warehouse Storeperson to receive, store and dispatch vehicle glass and related products for our branch workshops nationwide. You will help ensure technicians have the right parts at the right time and support safe, accurate inventory handling.

The role requires 2+ years warehousing experience, a forklift license, a full driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 25kg.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' warehousing experience – inward and outward goods.
• Forklift license essential.
• Full driver's license.
• Able to lift up to 25kg regularly.
• Excellent communication, numerical and general computer skills.
• Reach truck, stock picker, and/or counterbalance forklift experience will be highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Unload containers and store glass safely in the correct locations.
• Receive and process inbound glass and products accurately.
• Coordinate courier shipments and collections as required.
• Process supplier returns and update inventory records.
• Repair and recover scratched glass to minimise waste.
• Support stock control, stock movements, and stock counts.
• Maintain a safe, tidy, and efficient warehouse environment.
