Job summary

Retailors Pty Ltd is seeking a Store Manager for the Nike store at Lambton Quay in Wellington. This is a maximum term role ending May 2027, demanding leadership, coaching, and exceptional customer service to deliver the Ultimate Retail Experience.

You will lead by example, drive sales against KPIs, and foster a positive culture while aligning with Retailors' values of leadership, care, accountability, transparency and innovation.

• Track record of delivering strong sales and KPI results.

The Role:

Working collaboratively with the Area Manager, you’ll lead a high performing team focused on delivering the Ultimate Retail Experience. You will exhibit and align yourself with Retailors’ values; LEADERSHIP, CARE, ACCOUNTABILITY, TRANSPARENCY and INNOVATION. Your day to day will involve leading by example, developing your team through hands on coaching, attracting and retaining top talent, driving operational excellence, and fostering a strong, positive culture within your store.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Proven leadership experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, confidently coaching a team to achieve strong results
• Commitment in delivering theUltimate Retail Experience
• A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs, with a results driven mindset
