FashioNZ is seeking a dynamic Store Manager for the Ponsonby Karen Walker boutique in Auckland. You will lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and maintain premium brand presentation on the shop floor.

• Lead and inspire the Ponsonby Karen Walker boutique




• Collaborate with Marketing and Design teams to uphold brand presentation standards.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Oversee all aspects of daily store operations, ensuring a premium customer experience.




• Lead the team to consistently exceed sales targets, KPIs, and budget expectations.




• Manage staffing plans, training schedules, and performance development.




• Deliver accurate and timely reporting, including weekly banking and financial summaries.




• Mentor and coach team members in Ponsonby and support development across the wider retail group.




• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance review processes.




• Execute visual merchandising strategies that drive engagement and conversion.




• Provide feedback on product placement and performance to inform future planning.




• Act as a senior support to the Head of Operations and Retail, contributing to training, communications, and strategic initiatives.
