More About This Opportunity

40 hours per week. Tuesday to Saturday: 8.45am - 5.15pm.

Responsibilities

• Run the daily operations of the store, leading, coaching, and inspiring the team.
• Become a BRA‑FIT certified expert in our 12‑week training programme.
• Create an inclusive and uplifting space where every woman feels confident.
• Smash KPIs, manage merchandising, and keep the store looking flawless.
• Drive success with the support of a dedicated Regional Manager.
