You’ll supervise on store manager's days off, coach the team, help customers with BRA-FIT fittings, drive a warm service culture, and manage stock, merchandising, loss prevention and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Step in as second-in-charge and run the store on the Store Manager's RDOs
• Coach and support your team to perform at their best
• Get BRA-FIT certified and help customers find a life-changing fit
• Deliver a warm, welcoming, confidence-boosting customer experience
• Handle key store operations including stock, merchandising, loss prevention, and hitting KPIs
