Woolworths Group in New Zealand is seeking a Store Manager to lead store operations, drive trade activity and profitability, and deliver an outstanding shopping experience for customers across our NZ stores.
You will recruit, coach and develop a high-performing team, ensuring strong health and safety practices, stakeholder relationships, and a customer-first approach. Weekend shifts and occasional evenings are part of the role, with a focus on commercial success and team growth.
