Woolworths Group in New Zealand's Bay of Plenty is seeking a Store Manager to lead store performance and profitability. You will guide a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive trading activity while maintaining high standards of health, safety, and wellbeing.
The role requires retail management experience, strong stakeholder relationships, and the ability to schedule weekend coverage with at least one Saturday and one Sunday per month, plus one evening per week.
