Job summary

Woolworths Group NZ is recruiting for a Store Leadership role in Canterbury. You’ll lead Inventory & Production accuracy, optimise replenishment and presentation, and champion freshness and visual merchandising to create a seamless shopping journey.

Responsibilities

• Lead Inventory & Production Accuracy: audits, finalise production plans for Meat & Bakery, ensure ticketing accuracy.
• Optimise Replenishment & Presentation: prioritise stock replenishment, rotation, and high-standard merchandising for fresh/essentials.
• Champion Freshness & Visual Merchandising: oversee fresh stock quality, planogram accuracy, store cleanliness, and campaigns.
• Drive Operational Efficiency & Problem Solving: guide teams, resolve escalated issues, and perform health checks.
• Contribute to Store Leadership & Team Collaboration: act as Acting Store Manager when scheduled and participate in teamwork initiatives.

What you'll do | Hei mahi

• Optimise Replenishment & Presentation: Prioritise stock replenishment, ensure proper rotation and high-standard merchandising, focusing on fresh food, essentials, and promotions.
• Champion Freshness & Visual Merchandising: Oversee fresh stock quality, production alignment, planogram accuracy, store cleanliness, and campaign execution to enhance customer experience.
• Drive Operational Efficiency & Problem Solving: Provide guidance to teams, resolve escalated issues, and conduct health checks to continuously improve functional performance.
• Contribute to Store Leadership & Team Collaboration: Act as Acting Store Manager when scheduled and actively participate in team collaboration initiatives.
