Job summary

Mountain Warehouse – Waitakere, North Island, seeks a confident retail leader to head our store. You will inspire the team, drive sales, and own the store's overall success by delivering exceptional customer experiences and robust store operations.

You will lead with energy, manage budgets, and develop staff through coaching and training while upholding brand standards and safety policies.

• Recruit, retain, and develop top talent to build a high-performing and motivated team.
• Implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Take a proactive approach to loss prevention, embedding processes that minimise risks and protect profitability.
• Use commercial insights to make informed decisions, manage budgets effectively, and drive consistent results.
