Job summary

Animates Holdings NZ Ltd is seeking a store leader for the Botany Downs location to guide a team of passionate pet care specialists and deliver strong commercial results. You’ll champion exceptional customer experiences that reflect the care, knowledge and expertise Animates is known for.

Your store will engage the local community through events, adoptions and fundraising, creating meaningful connections while maintaining excellent store standards and operations.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a retail store or leading a large retail team.
• Strong leadership and coaching capability.
• Track record of delivering strong commercial results.
• Ability to build a positive, inclusive team culture.
• A love of pets is preferred - we’ll support you to develop specialist knowledge.

The Opportunity

This isyour opportunity to lead our successful Botany Downsstore, guiding a team of passionate pet carespecialists while delivering strong commercial results. You’ll championexceptional customer experiences that reflect the care, knowledge and expertiseAnimates is known for.

Yourstore will also be a destination for local pet parents, creating strongcommunity connections through initiatives such as pet adoption events, in-storeactivities and fundraising that supports local pet charities.

This is a full-time position working Tuesday to Saturday (40 hours perweek).
