Job summary

Postie Plus is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead from the floor in Wellington/Upper Hutt, driving sales, KPIs and a memorable customer experience. You will own rostering, resourcing and day-to-day store performance while coaching a high-performing team, with availability Tuesday to Saturday and no late nights expected.

You should bring proven leadership, confident communication, ownership mindset and strong commercial awareness to deliver consistent results in a fast-paced retail

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front on the shop floor to deliver a great customer experience.
• Own and drive store sales, targets, and KPIs with clear priorities.
• Maintain a visible store presence to support the team and service levels.
• Ensure the store is well-presented and aligned with standards.
• Oversee rostering, resourcing and day-to-day store performance.
• Coach and develop the team with regular feedback and recognition.
