Job summary

Persol is seeking a Stock Picker Operator in Auckland to join a fast-paced warehouse team. You will operate a Stock Picker forklift, pick, replenish and store stock while using an RF scanner to ensure accuracy and efficiency. This hands-on role suits someone who values safety, teamwork and consistent hours.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Stock Picker (Man Up) Forklift Licence is required.
• Experience using an RF scanner is preferred but not essential.
• Capable of lifting up to 25 kg and working at heights.
• Reliable, punctual and safety-focused attitude.
• Must wear PPE: high-visibility clothing and safety boots.
• Able to pass a drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Stock Picker forklift to pick, replenish and put away stock using an RF scanner.
• Maintain accuracy and efficiency in fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required.

About The Role

As a Stock Picker Operator, you'll play a key role in maintaining smooth warehouse operations. You'll be responsible for operating a Stock Picker forklift to safely pick, replenish, and put away stock using an RF scanner, while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. This is a hands-on, active role that suits someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in safe and precise work.

  • Day Shift: 5:30 am - 2:00 pm, Monday to Friday
  • Afternoon Shift: 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm, Monday to Friday
• Weekly Pay: Up to $27.35 per hour

What We're Looking For
