Job summary

Chevron Traffic Services in the Waikato region is seeking a qualified STMS (Site Traffic Management Supervisor) to join our team. This full-time position supports projects across construction, infrastructure and major events, and offers stable work with ongoing training.

You will lead crews, supervise traffic management plans, train crew members, and ensure safe worksites with a strong emphasis on reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Current STMS qualification with at least 6 months validity remaining.
• Full Class 1 license and own transport.
• Drug-free and committed to safe worksites.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise traffic management on sites across the Waikato region.
• Train and mentor crew members to uphold safety standards.
• Coordinate with construction and events teams on project delivery.
