Qualifications

• Must hold NZ Sterilising Technology Certificate Level 4 or approved equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Clean, inspect, sterilise and prepare reusable medical devices and instruments.
• Maintain high quality and safety standards for sterilisation processes.
• Support surgical and clinical teams across Hawke's Bay Hospital.
• Contribute to continuous quality improvement within the Perioperative Unit.
