Qualifications

• Proven experience in the car rental industry or similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as intermediate computer skills.
• Financial literacy and the ability to drive station revenue growth.
• The ability to thrive under pressure and a resilient attitude.
• Some fleet management experience (highly desirable).
• Valid New Zealand driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Current and ongoing New Zealand work rights.
