Qualifications

• Proven experience leading clinical teams in hospital or rehab settings.
• Strong background in early discharge or rehabilitation is preferred.
• Excellent communication with patients, whānau, and staff.
• Ability to foster collaboration across services.
• Knowledge of tikanga Māori, te Tiriti o Waitangi is desirable.
