Job summary

SAP Auckland invites University students to join the STAR Program, a two‑year internship with 6‑month rotations across different areas. The role is part‑time during the academic year and may transition to full‑time during semester breaks, with paid compensation and university credit.

You will be mentored by STAR managers, rotational mentors, and student peers while gaining hands‑on tech experience and developing essential business and communication skills in a global ERP and digital platforms

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills in English and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams are essential.
• Interest in technology, innovation, and digital platforms to solve business challenges is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Experience different aspects of the business, often via 6 month rotations.
• Receive structured on‑the‑job development, coaching, and mentoring with access to leadership.
• Work part‑time during the academic year, with an option to work full‑time over semester breaks.
• Earn academic credit from accredited university programs for the internship experience.
• Build hands‑on professional network and practical work experience within SAP.
