Job summary

SAP Auckland is offering the STAR (Student Training and Rotation) Program Intern position. This paid internship is flexible, not limited to just holidays, and spans 24 months with multiple six-month rotations to grow skills while you study.

It supports academic credit and mentors you through leadership interactions. The role targets university students in business (IT optional), who can work 2 days per week during term and may shift to full-time during breaks, with a strong focus on learning,

Qualifications

• University students who are self-motivated, have initiative, perseverance, and curiosity.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Interested in technology, innovation, and digital platforms.
• Able to work part-time during the academic year (2 days/week, 3 days preferred).

Responsibilities

• Gain experience across different areas via 6-month rotations.
• Receive on-the-job development, coaching and mentoring.
• Interact with managers, leaders and executives from the Leadership team.
