Sir Keith Park School provides educationfor students aged 5 to 21 years who have intellectual and associated disabilities. Our students are educated at ourbase school andsatellite sites.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate educator who values collaboration and team work, who can build quality relationships with students. You may not have experience in specialist teaching approaches, but you will have an ‘inquiry’ mind set andbe open to learning. Experience with new entrant/early primary teaching strategies would be an advantage.
We offer ongoingprofessional development, a small class size, and teacher aide and therapy support.
The terms and conditions, including base salary, for this position are set by thePrimary Teachers’ Collective Agreement. The base salary for trained and registered teachers will range from$64 119 to $107 886,depending on the applicant's qualifications and experience. Individual’s actual base salary will be established by a salary assessment once a position is confirmed.
