Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Experience delivering multidisciplinary systems across fluid, structures, mechanisms, or propulsion.
  • Proven collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to guide projects.

Responsibilities

  • Drive cross-functional teams to ensure mechanical and fluid systems integrate to meet objectives.
  • Verify requirements through analysis and test with traceability to documentation.
  • Own emergent systems and drive them through design, verification, and implementation.
  • Define and improve interface management between early tools and production systems.
  • Contribute to technical program decisions by identifying gaps and fixing them.
  • Communicate product status internally and externally, often with incomplete information.
  • Define and uphold high-quality systems engineering processes.
