Job summary

Wither Hills in Blenheim is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join a small, passionate team focused on quality, safety and brand experience. You’ll work under the Head Chef, covering lunch seven days and Friday & Saturday dinner, with a 35+ hour workweek and a competitive hourly rate based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
• Contribute to delivering high-quality food and wine experiences
• Help manage rostering and cost control in the kitchen
• Maintain safety, hygiene and food handling standards

Based in Blenheim and reporting to the Head Chef, this is an excellent opportunity to work in a small team with a focus on quality, safety, food excellence, culture and brand experience. We are open for lunch seven days and dinner on Friday & Saturday only.
