Job summary

Wither Hills in Blenheim is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to join our small, passionate hospitality team and uphold our food excellence.

Reporting to the Head Chef, you will help manage a fast-paced kitchen, oversee rostering and kitchen finances, and ensure Food Control Plan compliance.

Wither Hills is an icon of the New Zealand wine industry – with our Cellar Door venue one of the most visited in the Marlborough region. Wither Hills adjoining Restaurant is now on the lookout for an experienced and passionate Sous Chef who wants to be part of a fun, committed, and professional team.

Based in Blenheim and reporting to the Head Chef, this is an excellent opportunity to work in a small team with a focus on quality, safety, food excellence, culture and brand experience. We are open for lunch seven days and dinner on Friday & Saturday only.
