Job summary

I-MED Radiology is seeking a Sonographer to join our Bay of Plenty team, based primarily in Fraser Cove. Opportunities exist for both full-time and part-time staff, offering flexibility to suit your lifestyle and workload preferences.

You will perform a broad range of ultrasound examinations in a modern clinic, delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to clinical excellence. Collaboration with radiologists and fellow clinicians is essential to our standards.

Qualifications

• MRTB registration required.
• Current APC (Annual Practising Certificate).
• Strong technical capability across general ultrasound.
• MSK and/or OB-GYN experience highly regarded.

We are seeking an experienced or early-career Sonographer to join a friendly and collaborative team in the Bay of Plenty, based primarily in Fraser Cove. This opportunity is available on a full-time or part-time basis, offering flexibility to suit your lifestyle.

You will perform a broad range of examinations within a modern and well-equipped clinic, contributing to high standards of patient care and clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a range of ultrasound examinations with accuracy and efficiency
• Provide a high level of patient care and communication
• Work collaboratively with radiologists and clinical staff
• Maintain imaging quality and professional standards

Skills & Experience

• Medical Radiation Technologists Board (MRTB) registration
• Current Annual Practising Certificate (APC)
• Strong technical capability across general ultrasound
• MSK and/or Obstetrics & Gynaecology experience highly regarded
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
