Job summary

NTT DATA New Zealand in Wellington is launching an 18-month Graduate Program commencing February/March 2027 to help you build real capability and momentum from day one.

You’ll work on client projects, gain exposure across the business, and develop through hands-on learning, mentoring, and structured development opportunities. This program is designed to start your career in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Design technology solutions that solve real customer challenges across software, cloud, APIs, automation, AI and infra.
• Support customer discovery, research solution options, create architecture diagrams, and develop demos, prototypes and integrations.
• Learn from experienced Solution Architects and specialists, taking ownership of work packages as you grow toward Associate Solution Architect.

About the role:

In this role, you will help design technology solutions that solve real customer challenges while building broad capability across software, cloud, APIs, automation,AI,and infrastructure.You’llsupport customer discovery, research solution options, create architecture diagrams, and develop small demos, prototypes, and integrations. Working alongside experienced Solution Architects and specialists,you’llalso learn how solutions are implemented,operated,costed,and presented to customers.  As your capability grows,you’lltake ownership of work packages and smaller opportunities, building towards a career as an Associate Solution Architect.
