Job summary

Momentum Consulting Group and a leading New Zealand organisation seek a seasoned Solutions Architect to design end-to-end solutions across apps, infrastructure, cloud and integration from our Auckland base.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, provide architectural governance and help shape technology roadmaps to drive business outcomes while hands-on in solution design.

Qualifications

• 5+ years across infrastructure, systems engineering, software development or enterprise technology.
• Proven experience designing and delivering end-to-end enterprise-scale solution architectures.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, systems integration, APIs, networking, infrastructure and security.
• Experience across Agile and Waterfall delivery environments.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

We're partnering with a well-known New Zealand organisation investing heavily in its digital future. And we are looking for a seasoned Solutions Architect to join them in their journey.

About The Role

This role focuses on end-to-end solution design across systems, integration, infrastructure, and cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Designing end-to-end solution architectures across applications, infrastructure, cloud and integration.
• Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand requirements and evaluate technology options.
• Providing technical governance, design assurance and architectural guidance across projects.
• Supporting vendor selection, solution reviews and implementation activities.
• Identifying technical risks and ensuring solutions align with architectural standards and best practice.
• Contributing to technology roadmaps and promoting innovative approaches to improve business outcomes.

About You

You'll be an experienced Solutions Architect who enjoys solving complex business problems and working across a broad technology landscape. You're equally comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders as you are discussing technical design with engineering teams.

• 5+ years' experience across infrastructure, systems engineering, software development or enterprise technology.
• Proven experience designing and delivering end-to-end enterprise-scale solution architectures.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, systems integration, APIs, networking, infrastructure and security.
• Experience working across both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
